Yessss Max, wish I knew this when I was younger. I'm 33 now and have been training 72 hours split, low volume and high intensity (1 working set per exercise) for the last 3 months. It's been a game changer for my strength and sleep. My quads and chest are bigger than they've ever been and I've been lifting for 17 years now. My CNS was so fried, I had insomnia, shakes and fog even doing 48 hours rest splits. This training style will be sustainable your whole life brother

Sounds like I got a new workout split ☠️ I appreciate this fitness community, been lifting for years, inconsistent with the gyms and diet, now as I’m 26 and married I decided it’s time to stop being a b** and get my ass working.
