Art is the best therapy there is. Whether Iβm scrapbooking , drawing or designing a space, ceramics painting & so on, it turns chaos into a calming retreat. This is so true. I went through a year and a half of hell, being homeless, sick, and a caregiver to my husband. I started making junk jounals and ephemera and drawing. My art and God helped me get through that time.

Ive been diagnosed with PTSB..the B stands for bereavement... my husband died 11 years ago and it broke my heart and soul.. i used to teach at Michaels back then but had to quit cause they moved too far away from me.i lost all interest but been crafting like crazy for the past few months...i am getting better everyday now.
