Watch us repair this hardwood timber plank which had a big hole left in it after removing a cabinet. We sourced a matching plank to blend in perfectly with the rest of the floor, removed the damaged plank, scraped off all the old glue, fitted the new plank, filled the gaps, gave it a sand & buff and finally coated it with a water based polyurethane.
Beautiful! DONE! Good as new 💪🏻

I appreciate you guys even scraped the old glue out! I've watched flooring guys just rip the wood up and lay new glue over the old glue and "call it good"!!! I've been an electrician for 13 years and i refuse to ever say "it's good enough"! It has to be perfect or I won't allow my crew to leave the jobsite!
