I also reveived my Neptune 4 9 days ago. It should be noted that I have 4 other printers and once had a fifth and that 3d printing is my absolute most important hobby. I have had nothing but issues with this printer and the support service was of no help either. I wasted like 15 hours and 25€ of filament on this machine and am now returning it. Massive disappointment.
