I found one of your videos which question to ask to the employer , I asked them whoever candidate got the opportunity, after 5 years , in which position you want to see that person ? They were super happy with that question.

So i had a job interview two days ago at a restaurant. And one of my weaknesses is asking others for help. Well i told the hiring manager that. And he said thats a red flag and put it down on his paper work. Does that maybe tell me the hiring manager doesn't know how to do an interview or probably doesn't want to hire me?

I didnât get hired because they said that my answers were to perfect and that they wanted flaws? I gave the âdifficult to ask others for helpâ, âdifficulty with public speakingâ, âpatienceâ⌠what happened? I followed everything and talked normally but they said the answers werenât too perfect and that theyâre not really flaws
