Gotta say, the car that hit them isn't a terribly talented driver, either. Whether you consider just the to-fast-for-conditons and over-the-speed-limit factors, or not, they definitely weren't paying proper attention, and didn't even attempt to fully change lanes, despite the ease of doing so, and their having had plenty of time and room to do so. Undoubtedly, the moronic subject of the video bears the brunt of responsibility, but the person that hit them isn't without blame, either. A responsible, conscientious driver wouldn't have struck the stopped vehicle.
I wonder if the driver that caused the accident was having a medical emergency, or under the influence/high, or just old and confused, or perhaps, some entertaining combination thereof? I'd actually feel better if it was just some super baked or (road)tripping fool, because if that's senility or dementia, or just the disorientation that comes with old age, it's scary to think an unsupervised menace is out there, parking on the interstate because he thinks he made it to the Country Cooking Buffet for the 4:30 A.M. Early-Bird Breakfast Special...
