Chai Spiced Cake Squares
Measurment cup - 200 ml

Ingredients:
Spiced Tea -
Star anise -2
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 5
Cinnamon -1
Black pepper - 5
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Tea -2 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch grated
Water -1 cup
Milk -3/4th cup

Chai spiced cake -

Wet ingredients :
Spiced chai -250 ml
Jaggery powder -1 cup
Melted butter - 1/4th cup

Dry ingredients :
Whole Wheat flour - 1+1/2 cup
Corn flour/ custard powder - 1 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
For cupcakes/squares-
Bake @180*C for 15-17 mins
For Cake -
Bake @180*C for 40 - 45 mins in a 6/7 inch cake tin
