So slight correction to adult heimlich version, your fist should be positioned not at the chest (not upper like in video) but rather lower around the stomach below the bottom set of ribs. The idea is push inward with your other hand, and up pushing the lodged food out.

My school taught the Heimlich Maneuver and CPR certification as part of the combined gym/health class. It genuinely astounds me that this isn’t standard operating procedure in every school.
