Jenny - please dont overdo the cold plunge, its very stressful for the body to make it everyday (have learned the hard way). If you will feel more tired after some of them, switch to just 1-3 times a week, if you live in cold climate as you, idealy 1/week is enough. β€ I am not forcing anybody, but if you will see its "not what it was", you will know it.

Looks great. Also a twin momma π©·π my babies just turned 16 last Tuesday though π’π . I have 4 other kids too, I stay busy and carnivore has helped me so much!
