Guys katseye has say in their outfits. They approve or not the outfits or even asks for alterations to fit to their liking. No stylists forced her to wear it. Most likely just didn’t try dancing with the dress and didn’t realize how much it moves/exposes

There was a malfunction with her outfit! She clarified that right before the performance something happened. She also said that the outfit was completely fine earlier so she had no idea why that happened.
