No one knows the Los Angeles Cyber Cafe members better than Customer Service Adviser Jade Raymond does- she greets each one by name, asks about their grandkids, and provides personal assistance on using the computers. She knows that a lot of Cyber Cafe users don't have much working knowledge of computer usage, and has started conducting computer classes every Monday to provide them the basic skills necessary to take advantage of all the accoutrements technology has to offer.
