Top Comments of this video!! :3
Some comments from my own experiences:
1) No mention of confirming the neck pocket is clean on both the neck and the body side. Nice flat and devoid of any foreign raised areas to maximize contact between the neck and body.
2) When filing the nut slots, it's often good to use metal automotive gauges as the stop point so you don't go too far.
3) When treating the frets have you ever tried just working on the frets that are the ones that are out of alignment rather than leveling the whole board? Use one of the trapezoid rocker tools, identify the problematic frets, and work on just those frets. For me, this minimizes taking metal away from the frets that are not the problem.
Just some thoughts for consideration....

You don't jam the drill down through the face of the guitar, it can chip paint out at the neck plate you're supposed to drill halfway from the front, & halfway from the back. This guy in every video I've seen so far is doing wrong stuff, he puts himself out there like some know it all.
This is why so many people these days more than ever are ruining their guitars after watching YouTube videos.

Easiest way to file nut slots is place a fret of the same height as existing frets but with the tang removed against the nut. File down to the fret and remove it. Now it's the same height as if there were a zero fret. Never had an issue doing that way.
