We can't forget the fact that she is a self centered woman, who couldn't adjust with her stepmum or step-dad, thinks money can buy everything and had an obsession with a handsome face. She loved Adeel for his beauty and adeel loved her for her money. Even when she didn't knew about adeels's truth, she use to treat him like trash whenever she felt like it.
