The year was 1969, and the Formula One world was about to witness the debut of a new challenger - the Matra MS80. Designed and built by Matra Sports, the MS80 was a masterpiece of engineering, featuring a lightweight aluminum monocoque chassis and a Cosworth DFV V8 engine.
