Si a 200gr de chocolate y 100 gr de manteca derretida los reservo y aparte tomo 5 huevos que separo claras y yemas, luego de batir el merengue resultante con 1 pizca de sal y 70gr de Eritritol, además mezclo TODO: el merengue+ el chocolate+ yemas + 1cdta de vainillín. Llevo a horno de 180° x 25'...😮 moriré? Por este brownie fatal, En serio?🙄
