Wasn't the pm2 released in cruwear originally? If it wasn't it's been in the flagship pm2 with micarta for a while over 3 years

Spyderco has been doing there crucarta, cruwear and micarta for a while now, and had some cruwear in different models for years, and spyderco introduced cruwear in there mule line in 2011, I'm not sure what he is talking about

I still need to add a cruwear blade to my collection.... A few months back I purchased a PM2 in cruwear but the knife arrived in HORRIBLE condition. There was a huge ding in the spine of the knife and the cutting surface had a tiny chip near the tip of the blade. The hardware was also all super loose.... What was strange was this was purchased from bladehq which I've never had any issues other than a protech arriving letter opener sharp one time. I sent the pm2 back for a full refund and got a Chaves kickstop instead which has quickly become one of my favorite knives.... Oh man, I just got to thinking! I wonder if that Chaves would survive the tree of doom. Most are in m390 so not super tough.... Have you had the opportunity to introduce such a blade to the tree of doom yet?

Ive enjoyed the lil native in cruwear. If my hands were a tad smaller it would be my main edc.
