Nice floor! Did you nail the blocks? Are you planning on gluing the subfloor for a squeak free floor? The plastic sheeting will prevent any bond between joist an subfloor. The platic in this case should have been under the insulation between your osb and joist. Granted that would have been a major pain to staple upside down. Use zip system style sheet goods that has vapor barrier coated on it already and seem tape is easier than plastic to apply upside-down.
