I sprained my ankle rehearsing with John Jasperse Company at @bam_brooklyn and my BodyTalk practitioner @danicaaha did this funny “muscle-testing” with my wrist, tapped on my head and heart, and I walked out with almost no ankle pain!
Within a year I was a fully Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and had no idea I’d teach thousands of people around the world how to “Tap Out their Cortices” and give full BodyTalk sessions to hundreds more… treating people for everything from anxiety, digestive disorders, and cancer, to relationship problems and low self-esteem.
I still use it in my client sessions today, and it’s part of the inspiration behind my “Moving with Innate Wisdom” practice, which I just did with my Creative Success Accelerator Group this afternoon!
