I live in an all black neighborhood and there used to be an old preacher across the street named Curtis. I looked forward to seeing him everyday because he always had something insightful to say. Since he passed away the neighborhood had gone to hell. He keep the younger ones in line and now the neighborhood's unsafe. There are thefts, fights, and everything else where it used to be safe. Someone killed an 88 year old woman in her porch. I miss Curtis.
