As much as you think you are.. here are some reasons as to why you're no longer in a "deficit" 👇
1️⃣ Not tracking accurately: you're logging foods into MFP but you're not using the right food inputs, you're either not measuring and just guessing or you're logging and measuring things in "tbsp" and "cups"
2️⃣ Not setting your macros correctly: you're not actually tracking to the macros that would put you in a deficit. You'll have to adjust macros over time as your body adapts to your deficit, if you don't adjust, you'll end up plateauing.
3️⃣ You're tracking a few meals and not others: there's no way you'll know whether you're in a deficit or not if you're only tracking half of your meals. It's like tracking some of your out going's and then expecting to be hitting your budget goals..
4️⃣ You're having bites of food here and there but not tracking them: whilst you may be tracking your main meals, you're taking a few bites of foods or drinks here and there without realising they DO all add up and can put you over your deficit
👉 If you’re tired of endlessly dieting without losing weight, comment “MFP” so you can finally start seeing resul
