I enjoy doing the Pomodoro Technique and it helps me get a lot of things done in a day. π€
You pulled off a less-than-a-minute video and it has so much info that it was worth it. I'm not a fan of productivity videos that take more than 10 minutes to finish because they defeat the purpose. π

something I'm passionate about gets in the way.

All these techniques mentioned in ```Deep work by dale Carnegie``` if I am not wrong. I have also practiced these, it's really helpful, but it's really hard to follow during office hours, I don't know its specifically with me or is there anybody else have facing the same issue.
