I feel this. Burnout shouldn't be commonplace but for some of us it is a way of life.

I am currently working a full time job, taking Mandarin Chinese classes, almost started Korean classes as well (thankfully I realized that it would be too much), being an animal rights activist, taking care of rescued animals, trying to keep the apartment I live in clean and I have a truckload of stuff that I've been moving around with me for ages for hobbies that I've been planning to start for over ten years now 😅 I'd also like to get back into exercising and have a bit of a social life 😂🙈
So thankful for this channel and the whole community ❤️ I was just doom scrolling one day and stumbled upon a comic made by an artist with adult ADHD, related, started researching about it and finally stopped feeling like a failure all the time

ADHD-I that was diagnosed at 46. I've been in burnout my whole life and don't even need to have 4 jobs. Just living in the NT world is enough to burn me out. Ended up with an autoimmune disease and disability. The burnout is no joke.
