This flight is flying north of the paths listed by your noise staff. The video begins as the flight turns from its 290 heading to 208. This turn is occurring over Deer Canyon Park in Anaheim Hills which is far north of waypoints EHVOX and AMELE at approximately .05 (with the sped up video) is where it approaches heading 208. Does JWA condone aircraft flying north of the paths listed? It sure seems like the airport is promoting aircraft flying outside the paths that your staff presented? Why is that?
