The scuffs will not let it be 10. Be prob 8 or 9. Im pretty sure that they scan the card to grade it, then human eye gets to determine the outcome. And it's rigged to some degree because their is different levels of grading this meaning if you pay higher to get it graded I will just about guarantee you'll get the better grade with in reasonable respect of your cards condition..

I have one of these cards that ive kept in MINT condition. I kittjusy found out like two weeks ago how valuable this card is. And now ibjust found out that its worth $1000 at a PSA 10?! Yeah, im sending mine out. And i akso have the Venusaur in mint too.

10s on promos like this are soooo difficult, all three copies of mine are box fresh but all have some corner chipping and visible but light front and back whiteningš¢
