AI isn't doing anything but crunching data! The only difference between AI and humans doing it, is computers can do it faster. They didn't need a computer to figure out that people would jump at the opportunity to book things early before a cruise. Or that they would probably spend more, given they had more time to shop for experiences they wanted. Some people seem to think AI is some kind of intelligence, but is actually is nothing but a computer program that crunches data it's given.
