It's just a gradual process..... In 2009-10, china was around 5 trillion, now suddenly u see, in 10-12 yrs china 19 trillion....that too when it's growth rate slowed down in recent past.....Hence its per capita income also tripled....
It will also happen with INDIA, and believe me, if china with 140 billion population can become developed, then surely by 2047 INDIA will be there
