I have Crohns and have lost parts of my small intestines and colon. It was already difficult for my body to absorb nutrients, and some things just go through completely the same after exiting. So I am vitamin D deficient and I am sure others. I can't even figure out how to gain weight I'm stuck between 90-95 I'm 5'2" and should be 115 at least. Plus I am rarely hungry so if its up to me I will eat once a day.
Is there any hope?
