🚶The NTP study tested the fluoride levels in the urine of children. High levels of fluoride were closely linked to lower IQ scores.
🚶‍♀️On top of that, prenatal fluoride exposure of the mom is closely linked to behavioral problems in the child. The fluoride levels of mama’s urine in the third trimester were measured. When their children turned 3, they were tested for behavioral and neurological problems. Emotional reactivity, anxiety, sleep disorders and autism symptoms were all related to high levels of fluoride in the mom.

So what can you do to protect yourself and your family from fluoride exposure?
🌟 If your house uses public/city water, get a filter system that removes fluoride. Reverse osmosis, deionizers and activated alumina absorption systems can help to remove fluoride. You can start small with just a specialized pitcher that filters out fluoride.
