Where can I buy the rolling door motor and the remote

I tried to program a remote but when I hold the code button, the red dot blinks. But as soon as I let go of code in order to press the buttons on the remote, the red dot stops blinking.
So we canāt get the remote to talk to the motor. Can you suggest how to fix this please?
