Absolutely no form on those punches. That one guy was singing his fists out from the side...which means you exert more force just trying to connect with these wild looping punches that are extremely ineffective. It always surprises me when people decide to fight when they dont even train at all. Theres even videos on YouTube that show you how to properly punch
