I can see myself playing around with different rums in this one too
Twists on classics like Americanos, Negronis and Old Fashioneds are often very tasty, and people should stop gatekeeping these templates.
30ml Overproof Jamaican Rum (Originally Wray & Nephew)
30ml Red Aperitif (originally Campari, I used Sipello which was kindly gifted to me)
Top with grapefruit soda
Sprinkle on some salt & garnish with grapefruit

This reminded me of a variation of the Jungle Bird I like a lot (grapefruit over pineapple) so I gave it a shot tonight, very nice! And fast to make, which is a real bonus 👍
