After surviving a competitive high school, pre-med at a top university (USC), and going through the medical school application process, impostor syndrome has definitely taken effect on me. As much as I try to ignore it and push it aside, it always comes back. 🩺

But this year, it's going to be different.

No more ignoring and pushing it aside. Whenever those negative thoughts intrude, I will acknowledge it and accept that that's what I'm feeling/thinking. Only then will I be able to overcome the problem and hopefully eradicate it once and for all. 🙏🏽

Don't let what others think get in the way of pursuing your goals and ambitions. Keep pushing. 💪🏽

Don't compare yourself to others. Focus on you and only you. 🤌🏼
