A 47-year-old with an ECG suggestive of infero-lateral MI shows an unusual LV outpouching on echo and significant MR. The outpouching is connected to the ventricle via a rather broad neck. Over time, the patient's PAP increased with worsening dyspnea β looking at the images, is it a true aneurysm or a pseudoaneurysm? π€
