I eat a Semi Low carb diet that consists of:
1. Organ meats - brain, liver, heart
2. Fish- Sardines, air fried talapia, salmon, tuna, shrimp etc.
3. ALL vegetables 🥦
4. Chia seeds, nuts, peanut butter
5. Monk fruit, yogurt, avocado, V8, wheat grass in the morning.
6. Minimal fruit, minimal beans, minimal rice.
- Pub food once a week. Only one to two servings of fast food under $7 twice a month as an allowance.
- the basic healthy keto diet with some carbs.
This helps me save a lot not eating out and staying fit.
