I’m curious as of how Victim is going to be a genuine threat. He has no powers of his own because he’s literally meant to be, well, a victim. From what we can see so far, he relies solely on technology to defend himself and fight. The others definitely CAN fight, and some even have powers of their own (TCO & TSC). Compared to them, he’s pretty weak on his own.
