Time is a concept and measurement of motion.

There’s a small part of me that refuses to give up on time having a physical representation as a dimension. But, unlike Terrance Howard, I can move on until there is evidence to support it😂

So right & left are illusions (in space) because if you go far enough right you will end up on the left & if you go far enough left you would end up on the right. Of course this works with planets & objects that curve in on themselves.
You can have fix points in space on a curved surface through we're you go right or left but you don't really go all the way around the sphere & you don't end up back at your starting point.
EXAMPLE: A/New York - B/London
This gets astronomically more complicated though when theoretically time & space (space,time) are infinite, meaning they have no fixed points where there isn't a beginning or an end, we're it goes on forever
Albert Einstein has proven through the theory of relativity that space & Time are linked, so if u enter the 4 demonstration "it seems" like it would have to do with space & time (space,Time) not one or the other.
Especially since the Earth travels through outer space with the sun as it orbits around it.
If humans were to invent a time machine that could travel through Time but did not move in space then you (the individual) wouldn't be traveling with the Earth any more. Your transport vehicle (Earth traveling through outer space in time) will have moved through time but you (the individual) would stay at a single fixed point (since you haven't moved in any space.)
You (the individual) traveling through time but not space would be left in a region of space were the earth previously was but no longer inhabitants.
You could theoretically create such a vehicle or technology but at a certain point time (& possibility space) would be moving around you. where at a fixed point you(as an individual don't move but everything else move around you.
It is worth noting that you(the individual) theoretically wouldn't be about to remove yourself from time. Even if u entered another demention or univers were you stop ageing (which seems mostly improbable but not impossible because you are a biological entity) you would end up traveling in time & space to somewre else.
If Your a time traveler, You're body ages definitely then other normal people traveling through time in a normal linear progression but you the time travel still ages or don't age there for because u exist you are subject to time.
I say Time because time happens to you space is out side of you. It gets really confusing on an infant plane. 😅

To me, it's not helpful to describe time as a dimension like we do with respect to linear, planar, volumar, etc. dimensions. I prefer to think of space-time as a metaphysical coin (with space as one of its faces and time as the other) upon which dimensions express themselves; so, you can have linear, planar, volumar, etc. temporal, as well as spatial, dimensions. While we humans are only (for now) of perceiving reality via three dimensions of space and one of time, there could be universes where time isn't a linear phenomenon but, instead, 2, 3, or more Ds. Heck, maybe the confusing phenomena of how matter/particles and forces act at the subatomic quantum level could be explained by those particles existing in more than just the one linear dimension of time that we are capable of perceiving

If taking time as a 4th dimension, we know time is uni-directional and moves in only one direction never stops never reverses, so a 3 dimensional cube, as we see in our daily life, in every state either of rest or motion is moving through or in other words experiencing time (the 4th dimension), hence, in summary 3 spatial dimensions of cube plus the 4th time dimension experiencing by that cube makes a 4 dimensional cube, aka, a hyper cube, thus, a hyper cube is nothing but a 3 dimensional cube we have in our daily lives (if we take 4th dimension as time).
