If anyone didn't notice, Kyle's not just doing a German accent. He's doing the accent of a German person who specifically learned British english. This is very common with affluent Europeans and because this guy is a television host in the skit it means that it fits pretty well.
Listen to how he says "we're" "sporty" and "circuit". Literally doing an accent within an accent. Nuts.

Edit: I'm aware that not every German sounds good. I myself know a lot of people, that can speak English very well without a strong accent. Also I meant with "don't exaggerate", that many other YouTubers throw in some German words like "Sauerkraut" or "Nein!!", in a very aggressive tone, just to make it even more obvious, that they pretend to be German. That is actually what I meant. Two weeks ago I was at Magic Con in Bonn, after that I realized again, how baaad the accent from so many other Germans are. So chill yall🤣🤣
