When I was in High School I got tickets to Late Night With David Letterman and Lou Reed was the musical guest…. It was amazing!!! This was the late 1980’s.

I saw Lou Reed live in 1974. One of the first concerts I attended. It was a small venue with no seats. And only about 1/3rd full. It was in Indiana. Probably not a huge following for him there. I was into glam rock and heard of him from Rolling Stone Magazine and knew he was a friend of David Bowie, etc.
