I like when Mike Mo does this trick well, but in official games of skate those shouldn’t count. It’s mostly just a 3shuv he catches early. The one he did at the Xgames was legit but he honestly shouldn’t do em in skate

Yours are just Pop 3 Shoves with a catch. Even though I don't really like Mike's trick, it is different, he catches it before it's done and guides the last bit of rotation with his front foot. What you need to work on is actually making contact with the board with your front foot during the last bit of the trick.
