Ragi hot chocolate a must try receipe during winters. Healthy and full of antioxidants.
1.5 Tbspn ragi /finger millet flour
1/4 +1/4 cup.water
3/4 cup full fat milk/ plant based or regular milk
1 tspn coco powder
1/8 tspn nutmeg or cinnamon
2-3 tspn coconut sugar or jaggery powder. if using jaggery powder then add it once u switch off the flame.
2-3 tbspn 70% dark chocolate finely chopped or less dark as u desire.i used 70%.
1/4 tspn vanilla essence
Cream optional
imp tip : if u want to dilute it more ADD HOT OR WARM MILK to the mixture. else the mixture will be lumpy. do not use cold milk. Stir continuously once u add the ragi and cocoa mixture.
