I agree with the overall message, that you should have multiple types of conflict, but these categories seem really arbitrary. These categories don't encompass every possible type of conflict, and some of them sound like other categories, just rephrased.
How is "character vs supernatural" not contained within "character vs nature"? Or if the supernatural conflict is caused by a person or society, it'd be "character vs person" or "character vs society"
Also, "character vs faith" is so oddly specific, why not just group it in with "character vs self?"
I'm fine with categorizations, even imperfect categorizations, but it's misleading to imply these are THE SEVEN different types of conflict, as if there aren't any other ways to categorize them

(A bit late) I'd like to categorize them into three groups.
- The base conflicts classical stories usually have: character vs character, character vs self, and character vs society.
- The non personal conflicts, often used for adding symbolism: character vs nature, character vs supernatural, and character vs technology.
- Then the metaphysical ones: character vs god, character vs the author, and character vs the reader
