2024年6月3日，有网友发帖称，陕西省西安市临潼区秦岭生态环境保护执法监察大队有多辆公务燃油车无牌上路行驶，“涉嫌违法，且存在安全隐患”。6月4日，指尖新闻记者对此事核实采访时，被秦岭生态环境局工作人员反怼“跟你们有啥关系”。该名工作人员表示，《陕西省党政机关公务用车管理办法》对景区内的巡查车辆另有规定，还称“地方法严于细于大法”。

随后，记者查询视频中工作人员所说的《陕西省党政机关公务用车管理办法》，发现该《办法》第二十条对公务用车车牌有明确规定：省级机关公务用车严格实行一车一牌的车牌管理使用规定，严禁挪用车牌、套牌，不准违反规定使用军警车号牌和未经批准私自安装车载警灯、警报器。此外，记者并没有发现《办法》中对景区内公务用车有特别规定。

6月5日，@经视直播记者联系上陕西省西安市临潼区人民政府办公室。一名工作人员告诉记者，已经安排工作人员在专门调查此事，后续会发布官方通告回应社会关注，并根据调查结果来处理。
