I work as a barista at a specialty cafe and i was taught that if my milk is too creamy to transfer into another cold milk jug by wiggling the one i am pouring from onto the walls of the other held at a angle of around 45 degrees, that way i can separate my milk from the crema, for oatmilk it does magic but I used to do this for two smaller drinks also and i had a perfect crema for both, you can try this method a few time and it will do the difference, hope this helped
