Sweetcorn fritters adapted from Food with Flair recipe book.
1 tin creamstyle corn
1 tblsp ghee
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp ground green chilli and garlic
1/2 tsp crushed cumin (optional)
1 cup self raising flour
2 eggs
Chopped coriander
Optional:
Spring onions
Onion
Cheese
Mix all ingredients together. Fry like flapjacks on a greased pan on medium heat.
Enjoy with green chutney 😍 it’s an anytime kinda snack/meal!
