Not gonna lie, I'm a huge life-long car fanatic, but I have no interest in electric cars. I'm interested in alternative fuel or hyper efficient performance cars. Guilt free high revving exotics will be the saving grace for true petrol heads.

yeah Elon is still salty from way back when he sent the bois on top gear one of his early teslas for them to test. lets just say they didnt hold back and its definitely been a sore subject for him since lol

They just don't have the magic of a normal car despite being very fast.

to replace a battery in a electric vehicle you literally will need to shell out something north of 33 thousand dollars. and in alot of cases that battery will go out far after the warranty's coverage . and in alot of cases that battery essentially costs the same as the vehicle in question. not to mention electric cars put out the same emissions as regular ICE cars . the engine to charge these things are just hidden far away in a nuclear or petrol PowerStation. not to mention if you crash and the battery cell is broken not only will the fire go on for literal days but you'd be cooked like how a fish is in boiling water. not to mention these vehicles are heavy and the roads will reflect that kind of wear n tear thus road taxes will be applied to reflect that .

Honestly i feel that anyone who knows what an engine part is called or how to fix it wont be converting. As for me im tired of hearing noises in my engine and wondering if it's about to explode and ill be left on the side of the road. So the moment i can afford it im buying me a tesla. It's like pc vs apple you either understand hardware or buy apple.

I see EVs as mostly unimpressive. They can be cool for sure but they don’t require the same expert engineering that combustion does. I see almost every EV essentially as a shell car, strip everything away and they all look the same. Of course there are exceptions such as Rimac and Rivian, however they’re a rare case.

German Clarkson's got a good point. The car that is designed for sport or for entertainment sound amazing. The problem is most people just drive commuter boxes that you can't hear the engine from anyways. So why not have a car with no maintenance and very little energy cost?

But just know, Musk never made Tesla...he bought it, he bought the company. Even the designs of the cars, isn't his making either. But has no problem taking full credit for it. He's the guy to pay for the resources.

90% of peoples just buy a car to drive to point A to B, só they just care about the cost of ownership. And eletric vehicle is way cheaper than ICE vehicle.
