I make a crab salad. Here’s my recipe
Crab salad:
1 can hearts of Palm salad cut drained squeezed
1/3 an onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp old bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Throw all but palm hearts into food processor pulse until chopped. It’s okay if some are bigger it will add character. Add in palm hearts and pulse a few more times until incorporated.
Blend in 1/4 cup of vegan mayo or as desired and enjoy.
