This rings as very true. I took on a project for a new client this week and immediately promised to deliver the most challenging work for them possible in a narrow time frame. I'm beginning to realize I do that on purpose because I enjoy seeing if I can do it.

For me, the time constraint effect varies, sometimes there is no way I can complete that task that so I feel defeated, sad, angry because my brain doesnât deliver upon demand.
