I watched a detail breakdown of the pay structures between both of them. The women were offered what the men have but wanted more benefits so they declined and formed their own terms. Whatâs crazy is when they added everything up the women were getting payed more than the men. Didnât look like it on surface level. But they were. The fact that they complained to have a different pay structure put in place and now are not happy with the very thing they fought for is a joke. Especially with how good their original deal was.
