No recline isn't a deal breaker for me, because they usually don't make much difference to me. I love the back, because you're more likely to have an empty seat next to you, but it's also colder (I swear!) and is a gamble, because I think families with small children sometimes end up there

I like the aisle seats at the back of the plane. They are closest to the restroom. It can smell, but you can keep a watch for when the restroom is unoccupied.

I actually like the seats in front of the exit row for shorter trips. I wouldn’t recline my seat anyhow, and you always can find a decent (that is, non-middle) seat in that row since other people avoid them.
