I think what is most magnificent about this footage is that it shows that the galaxy is really there, out in space. Its not just a still image, it's there and it's alive. It's truly breathtaking. ๐ŸŒŒ

For some reason, this fills me with both sadness and joy. With an immeasurable sense of longing to know what or who in that galaxy may be looking back at us. But I know I may never because it is unbelievably far away from us. Makes me want to cry but not know if they are tears of joy or sadness or both.

Gives us some scale as to how massive our universe is. How big is that galaxy compared to little Ceres? Awesome that you were able to catch that!

The most amazing thing is that when we look at the universe, weโ€™re looking at ourselves....

What music do you use in the background?

I have a question. While looking at this galaxy in these frames. Is it a cone spiraling inward? It appears flat but are the outer bands closer to us? And the inner farther away?
